We follow the PMI standard for Project Management. This is established within the Project Management Institute's PMBOK. We are active members of the Central Mass PMI Chapter.
Organizational Change Management
PROSCI - ADKAR is our preferred Change Management methodology. We find it easy to teach and understand across the organization. It is probably the most comprehensive change methodology.
A = Aware
D = Desire
K = Knowledge
A = Ability
R = Reinforcement
Bill Bridges - Managing Change Transition. This is also very useful and provides value when in conjunction with PROSCI.
We are experienced with a number of other change methodologies and can adapt to alternative approaches when there is an established customer preference.
