Wayne MacNeil is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and has planned and led more than 40 projects in the U.S., Europe and Asia. Wayne is an active member of the Central Massachusetts chapter of the Project Management Institute.
Project Management is the application of knowledge, skills, tools and techniques to project activities to meet project requirements. MacNeil Consulting follows the PMI (Project Management Institute) professional standard for Project Management. This uses the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) and the appropriate application of the 42 project management processes comprising the 5 Process Groups: Initiating, Planning, Executing, Monitoring and Controlling, and Closing. Each project is unique and requires a customized plan and a selection of the required PMBOK elements needed to manage it effectively.
MacNeil Consulting has managed projects for a wide variety of IT, General Management, Organizational Change Management, Sales Business Development, Organizational Development, Operations, Strategy, Process Improvement and other Corporate efforts spanning all the Consulting Services offering areas. Wayne started managing projects while working for 5 years as a Senior Consultant with Accenture. Wayne also led many IT and non IT project efforts during 14 years at Bose Corporation as an IT Manager and leader of Bose Business and IT Consulting group.
