There is no need to add complexity, time or cost where it is not needed. Our approach is to clarify your needs and priorities, identify the measurable results you want to attain and then customize the way we will work to do this as simply as possible. Experience has taught us that customized plans and approaches get better results.

Most methodologies follow some form of scientific method or PDCA (Plan, Do, Check, Act) at their core. Specific methods we would use depend on the type of work being done and the need to follow known in-house methodologies versus the value of introducing new approaches.

Part of a consultants role is to see the big picture, get things organized and serve as a catalyst for moving a sponsor’s effort forward at an accelerated pace in a way that increases the likelihood of full benefits realization. Project Management

We follow the PMI standard for Project Management. This is established within the Project Management Institute's PMBOK. We are active members of the Central Mass PMI Chapter.
Organizational Change Management

PROSCI - ADKAR is our preferred Change Management methodology. We find it easy to teach and understand across the organization. It is probably the most comprehensive change methodology.

Bill Bridges - Managing Change Transition. This is also very useful and provides value when in conjunction with PROSCI.

We are experienced with a number of other change methodologies and can adapt to alternative approaches when there is an established customer preference.
