  • IHG Global Hotel Turnaround. Led the Asia Pacific region of a global UK hotel company through a significant organizational change and global restructuring turnaround of its business.   • Pharmaceutical Organization Re-Design & Leadership Brand Development. OD restructuring of the Health, Environment & Safety Division. One of two senior consultants who defined and facilitated a process for transformational restructuring of a significant corporate division in the wake of a serious issue that had impacted the company.   • SAP Systems Change Management Project Manager for a large SAP ERP Implementation across the 3 largest U.S. divisions of the company. Served as the process reengineering ‘guru’ providing leadership and process expertise to reengineering teams while also leading the organization design/ change management team and sitting on the Executive Steering Committee. Received a President’s Award in 1996 for efforts in leading a large multi-year SAP implementation across three of Bose largest U.S. divisions.
  • European Restructuring Change Management. Planned and Facilitated a top down European restructuring and change management effort, covering 11 sales/marketing wholly owned subsidiaries, distribution centers and regional manufacturing. Involved a change of senior management, management structure and mandated cost reduction.  Management of a contentious and emotionally charged interpersonal situation between peer executives during a 14 day offsite meeting.
  • Oracle Organizational Development and Cultural Change Management.  New England Oracle Effort to change from a traditional sales approach to a consultative style characterized by value based selling and a “trusted advisor” culture.
