  • Pharmaceutical Organization Re-Design & Leadership Brand Development. OD restructuring of the Health, Environment & Safety Division. One of two senior consultants who defined and facilitated a process for transformational restructuring of a significant corporate division in the wake of a serious issue that had impacted the company. (Merck Pharmaceutical) Whitehouse Station, NJ.
  • Program Director at Oracle for Sales & Pre-Sales Business Development. This focused on transforming the sales team from a traditional sales model to a “consultative selling” model. It included development of “consultative sales” engagement models and financial tools to build business cases, facilitate “trusted advisor” customer relations, increase sales and assist license agreement negotiations.  In the big picture view this was meant for business development of sales in New England ($100-$1B accounts) and North America (Capital Markets, $1B+ Accounts)
    • New Sales Tools included Oracle’s “Master Financial Calculator” and Oracle’s Unlimited License Agreement “Value Assessment Calculator”
    • Training across N. America in the use of Master Financial Calculator.
  • Executive Teamwork Intervention at the request of the company President to address issues between VPs in the executive group reporting to him.  (Bose)
  • Leadership Development Program. Customized and Taught a company’s first Leadership Development Program. Based on the Dooley Leadership Development model that is also used by the Society for Information Management (SIM). Three days offsite every other month for 18 months for approximately 15 high potential participants from IT and Finance. (Bose)
  • TQM Program. Assumed a leading role in driving a company’s Total Quality Program.  Created a Total Quality Advisory Resource network of advanced TQ practitioners to coach facilitators throughout the company in the use of TQ and Six Sigma problem solving tools and techniques. (Bose)
  • Leadership Development Program. Led a 4 person team, and worked closely with Firm senior partners in creating a 3 day Partner Training Course (meant to groom senior managers chosen for transition to Partner) A ten month relocation assignment to Accenture’s Chicago Headquarters. (Accenture)
  • Facilitation Skills Training. Created and Taught a Facilitation Skills Training Course that was offered as part of the core management training curriculum for the company. (Bose)
  • Team Development Workshops. Conducted Myers-Briggs Teambuilding Workshops for business areas looking to develop more effective interpersonal awareness and teamwork.
